Processing of DMCA Notices

Filing a Counter-Notice

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers
We take copyright infringement seriously and reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
